Youth Development Professional Detroit Lakes Club
Part-Time School Year Position
Must be 18 years old or older
This position is responsible for creating an experience for youth that facilitates fun, innovation, inclusivity, and creativity with an emphasis on healthy lifestyles, good character and leadership, and academic success. This position must be invested in youth and have a desire to be a positive role model. Previous childcare, education, or coaching experience preferred.

Early Childhood
Youth Development Professional
Detroit Lakes Club
Must be 16 years old or older
This position is responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, nurturing, and FUN environment for preschool-aged youth in the LEAP Program. Staff will facilitate engaging activities that support early learning, creativity, and social development while ensuring the well-being of all participants. The ideal candidate is energetic, patient, professional, and passionate about molding young minds. Previous childcare, early childhood education, or coaching experience is preferred.

Youth Development Professionals
Perham Area Club
Youth Development Professionals inspire, mentor, and support youth in grades K-8 at Boys & Girls Club of the Perham area
Must be 18 years old or older
As a YDP, you'll lead a small group of members each day, creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn, grow, and build positive relationships. Every day is different—from leading games and activities to encouraging teamwork, building confidence, and simply being a trusted adult in a child's life.
This is a great opportunity for current or future educators, paraprofessionals, coaches, college students, parents, grandparents, or anyone who enjoys working with kids and wants to make a lasting impact.
• Before & After School hours until 5:30 pm
• No Weekends
• $18.00-$20.00/hour (based on experience)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
